Socks 4/5 Center rules

Plz read this rules before start post:
1. Socks must be post hr by hr per user.
3. Every day, Staff will create the new thread, you need post in this thread.
4. If a thread is closed, make a new one & keep posting on that thread until a staff close the topic.
5. Do not post old socks/proxies.
6. The new socks or https will be test by proxy master.
7. Please do not spam topics!
8. Remove duplicates or zero from format sock's in your list.
9. Breaking any of the above rules will be "Banned"
